Belly Dance is for all bodies and all ages!
Laura teaches weekly classes that are beginner-friendly and designed to celebrate our bodies and move joyfully while improving flexibility and strength. This low-impact class is for all abilities and explores muscle isolations, fluid movement, and kind self-expression. Enjoy lively Middle Eastern music and learn beautiful ways of moving your body.
No dance experience necessary. Drop-ins welcome.

Shows are family-friendly and fun for all ages.
Belly Dance shows are perfect for:

- Bachelorette parties (show + lesson)
- Kids' princess parties (show + lesson + costume craft project)

- Retirement, assisted living, and rehabilitation centers*
Show includes a sparkly costume, bright colored veils, finger cymbals, sword balancing, lively music, audience participation, interaction, and photo opportunities with guests. Jingly coin scarves provided for guests to wear.
*I also offer dance lessons that are tailored for residents in wheelchairs or with limited mobility. I encourage gentle movement of arms, shoulders, heads, and feet to lively music and they can wear or shake jingly coin scarves.
About Laura
A dance and fitness professional with more than 15 years teaching and performing belly dance, Laura has taught all ages, from young women at a juvenile detention center to older adults at retirement homes. She performs at weddings, festivals, restaurants, nightclubs, theaters, private events and more. Athletics and Fitness Association of America group exercise certified and CPR/AED certified. Laura has a PhD in culture studies and is also a dedicated animal rights activist.
